Warranty Information

Krug-Baumen watches are covered by a 2 year limited movement warranty.

The warranty covers the watch movement for the full warranty period, from the date of purchase. Stones/crystals, bracelets, lenses and straps, general wear and tear, water damage and purposeful damage are not covered under the warranty, unless your watch was damaged or faulty on arrival. Please check your watch fully when you receive it, if you find any problems please contact us as soon as possible.A warranty activation fee applies to cover P&P etc. Please read the warranty booklet which arrived with your watch for full details.

If your Watch has developed a fault or you would like a Battery Change or service please send an email to mail@krug-baumen.com stating the following:

Purchase Date - Retailer Purchased from - Model Number - Fault/Service Required - Full Name and Address - Contact Number.

Please be aware that we DO NOT accept unsolicited repairs and any watches returned to us without a repairs authorisation number will be held until we receive payment for the cost of returning the Watch to you.
