Delivery Information

To protect our customers, we carry out manual fraud checks on each payment we receive. This can sometimes cause delays when we’re experiencing higher order volume. 

Opening Hours

We operate only on weekdays, Mondays to Fridays, between 10am and 4pm GMT. We are closed on bank and public holidays. Orders are only processed and dispatched during our opening times. We will dispatch any standard delivery orders in 1-3 working days.

We can deliver to your home, work address or to a house of multiple occupancy. We cannot deliver orders to a PO Box, airports, and certain similar non-residential addresses without a delivery point.

Royal Mail couriers deliver to the location written on the parcel and not the named recipient.

Due to logistical issues, we are currently not shipping to the Channel Islands, including Jersey and Guernsey. We are sorry for the inconvinence.

 

UK Delivery Information

Standard UK Delivery - Royal Mail Tracked 48

For orders over £30, delivery is free to the UK, via Royal Mail Tracked 48. For orders under £30, delivery is £2.99 as standard.

Most Royal Mail Tracked 48 items arrive within 2-3 working days from the date of your order. Please be aware that this is an estimate and this is not a guaranteed service. 

Please note that Offshore and Scottish Highlands can take longer.

Next-day UK Delivery - Royal Mail Tracked 24

Next-day delivery is £4.99 on all orders, via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Orders must be placed and confirmed before 2pm on a working day for next-day delivery

Most Royal Mail Tracked 24 items arrive within 24 hours from the date of your order. Please be aware that 24 hours is an estimate and this is not a guaranteed service. 

Please note: This service is available for UK addresses only.

This is a tracked and signed for service. Please make sure that you or someone else is available to accept the parcel. If you miss delivery, don't worry. You can collect the parcel from your local Royal Mail sorting office, or rearrange delivery via the Royal Mail website. Packages worth over £100 will not be left without a signature.

To receive SMS alerts about your parcel’s status, you can provide a mobile phone number when setting up your account.

International Delivery Information - EU & ROW

We can deliver to your home or work address. We cannot deliver orders to certain similar non-residential addresses without a delivery point. This includes a PO Box or airports.  

Please make sure you or someone on your behalf is available to sign for the parcel. Our couriers will deliver to the location written on the parcel, and not the named recipient.

Free delivery is not available for Krug-Baümen international orders. 

Import Duties

Please be aware of the following when ordering goods from Krug-Baümen for delivery outside of the United Kingdom:

  • You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches the destination country.
  • Orders with delivery outside the United Kingdom do not include VAT. You will be responsible for any additional charges according to the tax laws in the delivery country. Your shopping cart will update to your new price (if applicable) after you input your delivery country.
  • Any added charges for customs clearance are your responsibility.
  • We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
  • Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

 

Standard Delivery

International Delivery is £9.99 as standard.

Orders placed through Standard Delivery take an estimated 2-5 days to arrive. However, please be aware that this applies only to working days - any orders placed on Fridays will not arrive until Monday at the earliest. 

Please note that this is a fully tracked and signed for service. You or someone on your behalf must be able to sign for delivery, or the package cannot be delivered.

Express Delivery

Express delivery is £19.99 as standard. 

Orders placed through Express Delivery take an estimated 1-2 days to arrive.

International Tracking

We use Deutsche Post for free international deliveries and DHL for our Express Service.

Please note that when ordering from Krug-Baumen, you are considered the importer. You must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

PLEASE NOTE: If your order is returned to us marked "undelivered" through no fault of our own, you will be asked to pay the extra delivery charge for any second attempt to send it to you.
